SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship – Investing in Indigenous Futures
Supply Solutions Group is proud to announce the launch of the SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship, an annual initiative established to recognise outstanding Indigenous Australians and support their continued education, professional development and long-term career success within the mining and construction industries.
The scholarship was created in the belief that creating employment is only the beginning. By investing in further education and career development, we aim to empower emerging Indigenous professionals to continue building the skills, knowledge and leadership capabilities that will support successful, lifelong careers.
We are delighted to announce Tanayha Smurthwaite as the inaugural recipient of the 2025 SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship.
Tanayha was selected in recognition of her outstanding commitment, professionalism and achievement throughout the DreamPath Indigenous Mine Haul Truck Operator Program. Her determination, work ethic and passion for building a successful career exemplify the values this scholarship was established to celebrate.
As part of the scholarship, Tanayha has chosen to undertake a Work Health and Safety (WHS) qualification, with Supply Solutions Group proudly funding her studies to support the next stage of her professional journey.
