Celebrating the Completion of Our SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship Program for 2025

Supply Solutions Group is proud to celebrate an important milestone in the journey of our SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship, with our inaugural scholarship recipient, Tanayha, successfully completing the professional development course she selected as part of her scholarship.

Her achievement represents more than the successful completion of a course—it reflects the purpose of the scholarship itself: recognising outstanding Indigenous talent and supporting continued learning, career progression and leadership beyond initial employment.

Earlier this year, Tanayha was announced as the inaugural recipient of the 2025 SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship in recognition of her exceptional commitment, professionalism and performance throughout the DreamPath Indigenous Mine Haul Truck Operator Program. As part of the scholarship, she chose to undertake a Work Health and Safety (WHS) qualification, with Supply Solutions Group proudly funding her studies to support her long-term career aspirations.

Throughout her journey, Tanayha demonstrated the dedication, resilience and determination that the scholarship was established to recognise. Her successful completion of the qualification is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, and an important step towards achieving her future career goals within the mining industry.

To mark the occasion, Supply Solutions Group Managing Director, Glen Finnan, had the privilege of congratulating Tanayha on completing her studies and acknowledging the significant milestone in her professional journey.

The SSG Indigenous Support Scholarship was established to create opportunities that extend beyond employment by investing in education, professional development and the future success of outstanding Indigenous Australians. By supporting recipients as they continue to build their skills and qualifications, we aim to strengthen Indigenous participation, develop future industry leaders and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable workforce across Australia's mining and construction sectors.

Congratulations, Tanayha, on this outstanding achievement. Your dedication and determination have set a wonderful benchmark for future scholarship recipients, and we look forward to following your continued success throughout your career.

At Supply Solutions Group, we remain committed to recognising excellence, investing in people and creating meaningful opportunities that empower Indigenous Australians to achieve lasting success in the industries that help build our nation.
