The Precision-Shaped Grain (PSG) continuously fractures into sharp cutting points, maintaining an aggressive cutting action throughout the life of the disc. A built-in grinding aid helps reduce heat generation during grinding, minimising metal discolouration and the risk of heat-related damage on stainless steel and other sensitive materials. The stiff fibre backing and durable resin bond provide exceptional tear resistance and long service life, even under high-pressure grinding applications.
